Abstract

Comparison of the results of laser ablation with pulses of different durations is necessary for the development of power optics materials in the future. The studies carried out by the authors of this article considered the optical breakdown of the material by lasers of microsecond and nanosecond duration. For femtosecond laser pulses, we used the values from the works of other researchers.
